REZON Translation and Legalization Center was licensed by the Consular Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria in 1991.

WRITTEN TRANSLATION

Official Translation bear the signature of a certified translator who has signed a written statement to the effect that he is aware of the penalties he is liable to incur with regard to the veracity of the translation rendered by him. Official translations are printed on letterheaded stationery and bear the round seal of a translation company which is authorized to carry out official translations pursuant to a translation service contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. .

Legalized Translations are official translations that have been certified by the Legalizations and Certifications Sector of the Consular Service Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Certified Translator are individuals with very high level of language proficiency who have suitable degrees and/or other certificates and who have signed notarized statements to the effect that they are aware of the penalties they are liable to incur with regard to the veracity of the translations rendered by them. The personal data and signature of such translators are kept on record at the Legalizations and Certifications Sector of the Consular Service Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria as part of the roster records of every translation company under official translation service contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs they work for.

Documents – Written Translation:

  • Personal Documents: diplomas, certificates, letters, appendices, statements, references, attestations, CVs, etc.;
  • Technical documents: specifications, characteristics, manuals;
  • Public Tender Documents: certificates of origin and quality;
  • Legal Documents: agreements, articles of association, memos, notary deeds, court rulings (divorce and adoption papers), reports, etc;
  • Business Documents: balance sheets, reports, analyses;
  • Medical Documents: doctor’s diplomas, appendices, academic transcripts, certificates, curricula, certifications, scientific articles, medical records, resolutions by medical review boards, immunization records, etc;
  • Various materials in the following file formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, PPT, TXT, JPEG, TIFF, JPG and other;
  • Advertising Materials: leaflets, menus, annotations, advertisements;
  • Translation of Web Sites: per individual agreements;
  • Personal Correspondence;
  • Materials are assigned to our translators depending on their personal qualifications and experience. Highly specialized translations are coordinated with expert advisors.

LANGUAGES:

We have four price categories depending on the popularity of the language:

Category 1 Languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian;

Category 2 Languages: Greek, Macedonian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovenian, Slovak, Turkish, Czech, Croatian;

Category 3 Languages: Arabic, Albanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian. A surcharge of BGN 10 is applied for translations FROM Bulgarian INTO any of the aforementioned languages.

Category 4 Languages: Azerbaijani, Armenian, Vietnamese, Georgian, Danish, Modern Hebrew, Icelandic, Kazakh, Korean, Chinese, Latin, Norwegian, Persian, Ottoman Turkish, Ancient Greek, Farsi, Japanese, Hindi, Uzbek. A surcharge of BGN 10 is applied for translations FROM Bulgarian INTO any of the aforementioned languages.

What does 1 standard translated page mean?

One translated page consists of 1 800 characters (with spaces). Translated page refers to the text as it appears in the target language. Consequently, translations are priced based on the text as it appears in the target language as opposed to the original (source) language.

1. Placing Orders
You will be asked to specify:

  • The target language;
  • The rate and completion deadline;
  • Any special requirements you might have regarding the spelling of names, usage of specialized terminology (you may provide reference materials and glossaries), and/or any acronyms used in the documents.

2. Delivery of the Finished Product
Methods for delivery:

  • Via E-mail;
  • Hard copy (legalized and official translations);
  • On digital media;
  • Via courier (of your preference);
  • By mail addressed as per your instruction;

Delivery Deadline: as per your instructions given at the time of placing your order.

3. Rates

  • Regular translation service: translation jobs are performed over a period of more than three business days;
  • Fast translation service: translation jobs are performed over a period of up to three business days;
  • Urgent translation service: translation jobs are completed within 8 business hours as of placing the order;

Please Note:

A surcharge (determined in an individual agreement) shall be applied on a per-page basis (1800 characters with spaces) to translation jobs of over 9 pages per 8-hour day and for translation work performed outside of business hours.
The completion timetables described above are exclusive of weekends and official holidays.

The completion timetables above apply to translations jobs of up to 20 standard pages.
